The Yamazaki 12 year old was matured in a variety of casks, this limited-edition whisky was made at Japan’s first and oldest malt distillery – Yamazaki. Bottled a century after the distillery was founded and the House of Suntory was born, this single malt offers aromas of juicy peaches, persimmons and vanilla that fill the nose. The palate brings notes of coconut, butter and rich, sweet oak, complemented on the finish by lingering hints of vanilla and caramel.

The Hakushu 12 Year Old 100th Anniversary Edition is a gently smoky single malt that has been matured for at least 12 years in a combination of casks from Hakushu distillery, on the forested slopes of Mount Kaikomagatake. Fresh aromas of acacia honey, ripe grapefruit, leafy herbs and tendrils of smoke fill the nose, followed by layers of sage, vibrant green apples, pineapple, crisp smoke and green citrus throughout the palate.
